Welcome to the BioViron International online shop – order your sample box from www.bioviron.com/shop (the 'site'). This site and its supporting operation are owned by BioViron International Limited (registered company number 6296971). Your details will
be held by BioViron International Limited for the purposes of the fulfilment of your order. Please read the following policies carefully before using the Site as you will signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Terms of Use
These are the general terms and conditions governing your use of the Site.
1. What you are allowed to do
Purchase samples from shop, provided you accept the Terms of Sale, which will apply to any contract made between you and BioViron International Limited’s online shop for the purchase and sale of goods from the shop. These terms are outlined in Section 2 below.
Browse the shop using a compatible web browser. Permission to browse the shop includes permission to make temporary or cached copies of parts of the shop to the extent that this occurs in the normal course of using your browser and that these copies are used only to facilitate current or subsequent access to the shop by you.
Print a copy of any page of the shop for your own personal purposes, provided you do not do any of the things set out under "What you are not allowed to do".
2. What you are not allowed to do
You may not remove or change anything on the shop.

When submitting your order, you are agreeing to the purchase of goods and to allow BioViron International Limited to use your data for the purpose of supplying the goods.
4. Usernames and Passwords
If you want to use our Kitemark, we will ask you to register an account with us. During registration, you will be asked to provide your email address.
For certain downloads you will be required to create a username and password.
You must keep your password(s) confidential at all times and must not disclose the password(s) or permit anyone else to use your password(s). Any breach of any of these terms by anyone to whom you disclose the password(s) will be treated as if the breach
had been committed by you, and will not relieve you of your obligations under these terms.
In the event of any failure or error in the operation of a password(s), you shall cease using the password(s) and exit the site immediately and notify BioViron International Limited of such failure or error.

All intellectual property rights in any material (including text, photographs and other images and sound, downloads, software, trademarks, and logos) contained in this Site is either owned by BioViron International Limited or has been licensed to BioViron International Limited by the rights owner(s) so that BioViron International Limited can use this material as part of the shop/website. BioViron International Limited may suspend the operation of the site for repair or maintenance work or to update or upgrade the contents or functionality of the shop from time to time. Access to or use of the shop or pages linked to it may be interrupted or contain errors.
BioViron International Limited may terminate your account(s) immediately in the event you breach any of these terms of use or if you are late or do not pay any sums due to BioViron International Limited.

If you make a purchase online from BioViron International Limited Shop, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order, containing the details of your order. By placing an order, you are offering to make a purchase and subject to the following terms and
conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted when we deliver the product(s) to you.
9. Description
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
10. Availability
The supply of goods from this website is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the case of this happening a refund may be given.
11. Delivery
Shipping terms:
All orders are dispatched within ten working days of receipt of the order, provided item(s) is in stock. All items not in stock will be delivered within 28 days. Where this is not possible, we will refund your account using the same payment method as original order.
Shipping prices:
All sample boxes delivered to a UK address include shipping at the advertised price. International shipping will incur a charge at rates at the time of shipping this will be displayed at check out.

General Shipping Conditions:
Delivery can be to any address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. Delivery is Worldwide (the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands may incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post or which are small enough to be put through letterboxes). All delivery will be via Royal Mail depending on size and/or weight of the purchase. The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
14. Beyond reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
